Presentation of the co-founders
Pierre Merea et Cyril Najburg co-founded Keralia in 2014. They share an innovative vision on Service Management. They aim at turning the company into a leading player of the Service Management market, based on core values around people’s respect, pursuit of excellence and continuous innovation.
Pierre Merea, President, has been in IT for more than 30 years.
Pierre is one of the pioneers of Service Management solutions in France. Pierre started his career at Bull and Digital where he spent 13 years in various sales, marketing and business management positions. He then created SYNOPSE in 1995, a consultancy focusing on ITSM, and turned it into the French market leader for ITIL consulting and education.
After the acquisition of Synopse by Econocom Group in 2004, Pierre led the Group’s consulting business and quit in 2014 to start Keralia. At Keralia, Pierre particularly works on strategy and innovation, and oversees the development of Keralia Tech, the software development branch of Keralia.
Cyril Najburg,Managing Director, has been in IT services for more than 25 years.
Cyril was involved, as Deputy Managing Director, in the creation and development of ARTESYS, a company specialized in ITSM and IT infrastructure management, which was acquired by Capgemini in 2011.
Artesys reached sales over 10 M€ in 10 years and counted 150 consultants when sold to Capgemini. The company was the French leader of the market of ITSM implementation services, and a major partner of then-leading software vendors in this field, i.e BMC and HP.
At Keralia, Cyril is in charge of Keralia Consulting, the consultancy and implementation branch of Keralia.
