The first “Keralians” felt the need to document the values and principles of the Keralia culture code in a so-called “Charter”. This Charter was developed through a collaborative process based on workshops where all staff members could openly discuss their ideas and opinions. Keralia’s management has agreed to maintain this process over time and make sure the Charter stays in line with the evolution of the company.
