Cyril has been instrumental in creating and developing Artesys, a company specialized in IT infrastructure management and implementation of ITSM solutions. Artesys’ turnover reached 30 M€ in 10 years with 150 consultants and became a key partner of then-leading ITSM vendors like BMC and HP. The company was sold to Capgemini in 2011. Cyril oversees Keralia Consulting’s operations.

Pierre has been pioneering Service Management consulting and solutions in France. Pierre started his career at Bull, then Digital. In 1995, he created Synopse, a consulting company specialized on ITSM and turned it into a reference player on the ITIL market. After the acquisition of Synopse by Econocom in 2004, Pierre has managed the Group’s consulting business for 10 years and quit in 2014 to create Keralia. Pierre is in charge of Keralia’s strategy and innovation program, and oversees Keralia Tech’s operations.
