Our partnership with ServiceNow is based on 2 complementary dimensions :
- Consulting and implementation services,
- Application development.
With a broad range of skills on all components of the ServiceNow platform, our consultants and experts assist our customers in deploying their ServiceNow projects.
We particularly focus on :
- Extending the utilization of the ServiceNow platform beyond ITSM : Project Portfolio Management, IT Business Management, Service Portals for business services, etc.
- Consolidating ITSM platforms by expanding automation and integrating IT Operations Management.
Keralia Tech is our R&D company, dedicated to the development of applications for the ServiceNow platform. Our first application aims at transforming work in R&D organizations and, generally speaking, help modernize business services relying on complex and/or shared technology platforms. Indeed, we’re leveraging Service Management best practices in business areas using IT and non-IT technology platforms, like R&D laboratories.
Keralia Tech’s first certified application will be published on the ServiceNow store in December 2017.
